Nitesh Mani Tripathi
Nitesh Mani Tripathi is a PhD candidate at the Indian Institute of Technology Ropar, working under the supervision of Dr. Anupam Bandyopadhyay. He holds an MS in Bioinformatics from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi (2020). His research focuses on the computational design of protein–protein interaction inhibitors using virtual screening of cyclic peptides. He is also involved in peptide engineering to develop innovative strategies for peptide-based cancer diagnostics and therapeutics, integrating machine learning and experimental validation to advance targeted cancer treatments.
